RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Gogi Hardware (GogiCare), we aim to deliver high-quality architectural and furniture hardware products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a fair and transparent process.
Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All original labels, accessories, and invoicesare included.
Returns requested after the eligible period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Installed or used products
- Customized or made-to-order hardware
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
- Clearance or special discounted items
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsAppwithin 3 days of receiving the order.
- Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment methodor bank transfer.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or product replacementinstead of a refund.
Replacement Policy
If the product received is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundableunless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
